First get a bible and pray before read that God will open the eyes of your heart and speak to you as you read, then after you read take time to reflect on what you have read, this is also known as meditation. For you faith to grow you need to spend time with God and in the things of God. However keep in mind that faith is not something that is measured by men by God, there is a verse that says "with the faith of a mustard seed mountains can be moved" Just beleive and trust that God will do these things in your heart.

Hey, a lot of us believers have periods of doubt. It's tough to believe in God when we see so much evil out there and when God's presence on the Earth is so seemingly hidden. But we believe because there's little alternative. Here's where you start: find a church--any church--and go to worship, talk to the pastor, and find God in his own house. Then go buy a Bible and read. Try to make sense of the stuff and talk to your friends and family about it.
The Christ story is actually very moving. Imagine! God made himself flesh to come down and atone for humanity's many sins. He experienced temptation and pain for us. He became human just to give us somebody to relate to, someone who would show us just what it means to live a holy life. You've asked a great question: "What if I'm wrong about this 'no God' business?" Indeed, what if you're wrong. Take the leap and I promise, though it will never be easy, there will always be a Someone there waiting for you on the other side. It will take a giant leap but the other side will bring you close to the truth.

God is a spirit creature and invisible to humans. They do not have flesh and blood bodies. So they are very different from humans. That is why it was such a miracle that we were even created in the first place. There is no hell that was started by Satan. In the garden of Eden Eve said If we eat the fruit we will die. The Devil said, "You won't really die."
But God told Adam "for dust you are and to dust you will return"
so who's lying? Do you die or not?
Even eternal life in Hell is still eternal life.
There is a reason The devil was called the father of the lie.
He is all over in the Universe. Maybe we are taking a small place in the whole sceme of things. I mean the Universe is so large and the earth is just a speck of dust. Yet he cares what happens to us. That is amazing. Kind of like us worrying about a bunch of grasshoppers.

First you have to have faith, you know God is real even if you can't see Him. when you look at the sky, clouds, sun, moon and you think about how the earth along with the other planets spin around the sun...think about things that happen in nature, reproduction...to me that's evidence of God. I think most people believe in God to some extent but if you want to go to heaven, if you want salvation, if you want to be forgiven for your sins you have to believe in Jesus. You have to believe that he is the son of God, that he lived a perfect life died on the cross and was raised from the dead. The bible says you have to believe in your heart and confess the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved. That's the first step and that only takes small amount of faith and then as u start studying the Bible and applying those things to your life your faith grows and your relationship with God grows and you'll have no doubt that He exists.

Is the air up in the sky?
Isn't down where we can breathe it too?
God/dess is the Source of all Thought, all Life, all Freedom, all Growth, all Form, all Understanding, all Energy, all Vibration, and all Allowingness or Dimension. Wherever you are that you can experience any of these things, place, time, movement, thinking, any kind of emotion, life, choice, progress, having a body, having a self, learning, sensing, heat, light, color, sound....God/dess is there, there in you, there in your ability to perceive, there in what you are sensing.
Belief is kind of like pretending, until you hit a rough spot and find out whether you automatically cry out for help from something/ someone above or beyond you, then belief becomes unlike pretending forever, and becomes much more like a solid bridge that you can actually stand on, can build a life on....it becomes faith.
But not without those rough spots.

First, ask yourself how this earth got here? Big blast in the sky
and everything formed from that? Rediculous. There had to be
a Creator and there was. We call Him God. He created everything we need to survive and then He created humans. It's
all in the Good Book (Holy Bible). Read Genesis. He was the
author of the Bible thro His disciples as the Holy Spirit spoke to
them. The Bible tells us how we got here, the step by step of
history, why we're here, what we should do for good living,
that we shall all die, and what to expect after that time. God
sent His Son Jesus down to live on Earth for 33 years to show
the people how to live and love. Many did. As we keep getting
farther away from His being here, we love less and less and
have let evil take over society. (Like how patriotic everyone was
after 9/11, but now that has died down and we're not as patriotic
as we were then, the farther we get away from that event). Faith
comes by hearing, so you need to read the Holy Bible and attend
a Bible believing church so you will understand better. It's like if
you never went to school, you probably wouldn't know how to
read or write. I hope this helps. I can't make you believe in God
but salvation is a free gift from God (but like any gift, you have to
accept it), and each person must find faith for himself. Your life
will be blessed and you'll become a blessing to others when this
happens - believe me.

God is tugging at your heart to seek Him. It is an adventure really, I remember being there myself many years ago. I wanted to search and find Him, in a room somewhere, if I could open a door and just find Him. That is how God attracts you to Him. Go to a quiet room and just pray to Jesus to help you find Him, ask Him to give you faith. Read the gospel of John, pray for understanding and find a friendly Church where you feel comfortable. God Bless you on your spiritual journey.

God is everywhere! and He loves u so much and is so glad u want to know more about Him!
If u hav questions, here's what i would do: there's a Bible called The Message, and its so easy to understand and it makes sense! plus, its at Barnes & Noble for $5.99. there's also a New Believer's Bible which answers basic questions.
I would pray to Jesus and ask Him into ur heart. u could ask a friend who is Christian to explain the concepts to u. if ur nervous about that, i'd be glad to help! IM me at jesusfreak9768 i dont mind! also, check out www.dare2share.org its a great site and explains many truths in Christianity. I'm praying for u! and remember, God luvs u!
God doesnt stay in one place, but He really is everywhere. In the Bible it says that where two people meet in His name, Jesus is there with them.

God is in the sky, as he is in every other place. Try reading the Qur'an or the Bible. They will give you insight. Ask God for guidance.
"It was We Who created man, and We know what dark suggestions his soul makes to him: for We are nearer to him than (his) jugular vein." (Al-Qur'an, Surah 50, Verse 16)
"He said to him, "you shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second is like it; You shall love your neighbor as yourself. The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments." (The Bible, The Gospel of Matthew, Chapter 22, Verses37-40)

God is not in the sky, God exist in another plane or a Spiritual dimention, you will only see god after you are transformed by death. However you can have God with you Now in your heart.he will live there and help uyou grow in Faith and maturity. It is a life Journey. Don't despire. Salvation comes by asking only, faith is with the help of believers and with continued prayer (talking to God) and reading/studying the bible); Here is a simple prayer to get you started;
"Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen."
Romans 6:9, Psalms 37, God is faithful to keep you in perfect peace who's mind is stayed on HIM!
