how to i uninstall pinnacle studio 10 if the program won't let me uninstall?

even going to add and remove programs selecting the program and saying uninstall it won't work what can i do

my computer>control panel>add/remove programs. a window will pop up. select pinnacle studio 10 and click uninstall. this should uninstall it
