Buy a bottle of witch hazel at the pharmacy (it's cheap) and some gauze pads. Rerigerate the witch hazel and then soak the gauze (ring out) and place on hemorrhoids. The cool pads will releive the pain, itching and the w. hazel will reduce the swelling. Put yourself on a stool softner to avoid irritating them even more and then get yourself on Metamucil (fiber), which will help with exacerbations of hemorrhoids. If they don't get smaller or start bleeding, see you doctor.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

A good soak of the rear end in a tub of warm water is often a good cure.

I don't use any hemorrhoid products because they seem to only give me gas. Neosporin is very good though. If you buy the one that has pain relief in it then there is anesthesia in the formula that can stop the pain and the itch. The cream is normally used to treat cuts and burns so it is save to use on the skin or down under (as long as you don’t try to eat it or something equally silly).

You need to also look for the cause and treat that. I have a disability and I have to take a lot of medication for it. One common problem of these medications is that they dehydrate you, and the tail end of the digestive tract is last on the list for water demands in the human body. So I have to drink a lot of water and take stool softeners as well as fiber pills. You can find all of these as over-the-counter medications in your local drug store or supermarket (and of course you can get water from your tap or drink bottled water). Most people don’t get all the water that they really need. There is another good side effect of drinking more water, it helps stop the craving so you can lose some weight, but it is not a diet that I would recommend.

I have hemorrhoids bad enough that they require surgery so I can understand your problem. I hope that you don’t let it get as bad as it has with me. If you are getting serious hemorrhoids or frequent ones then you should see a doctor about them.

Good luck, and (no pun intended) I hope it all comes out in the end.

The over-the-counter creams/ointments help a lot, especially for the itching. You can use witch hazel to clean the area or they also sell cleansing pads just for this purpose. The swelling should go down soon enough if you don't sit for long periods of time, like at a desk job. (Hope you have New Years Day off).

In the future, do things to keep your digestive system regular, such as lots of water and a good diet. The fiber laxatives work well to keep you regular (Citricel tastes really good). You might want to use some stool softener capsules for a couple of weeks to keep the swelling and pain down. If you are prone to get hemorrhoids, I would suggest buying Vitamin C with Rosehips or Rutin and taking them on a regular basis. I have found this helpful in the past. The Rutin or rosehips help those tiny little capillaries that are in the tissues of your body. Helps with the cure of the swelling.

I feel sad for you...... I really do....... I know of many that have been healed before and after birth and in all stages of age and life..... Just because you have never been around or known in person, those that have been healed, does not mean it has not happened... I have a nephew that has Downs Syndrom, and he is the sweatest most adorable creation God ever made.... He may not be perfect by YOUR standerds but by Gods and MINE and his parents and his grandparents, and I might add the rest of his very LARGE family, hes is....... He is a special gift to us and to even think of him any other way is impossible for us....... Even by the use of that word *retardation* you show how *ugly* you are inside...... and has for all the other disabilities you name, I have no answer as to the whys or hows, all I know is I look for the beauty in them just as I do in all people.... It is a shame that some people can not see that all people are gifts and should be cherished just as they are, no matter what, even if they are with us only a short while....... How sad that some people can only find fault instead of just loving and living..... I myself chose to love and live........ go in peace...... God bless

Hemorrhoids are associated with constipation and straining at bowel movements. How to get rid of hemorrhoids https://tr.im/uZF88
Pregnancy is also associated with hemorrhoids. These conditions lead to increased pressure within the hemorrhoidal veins that causes them to swell. Other conditions, for example chronic liver disease, may also cause increased venous pressure and may be associated with hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are very common and are estimated to occur in up to one-half of the population by age 50.
