I went on a date Friday night...it was great (good chemistry, eye contact, laughing, conversation, etc). Based on the date and his body language, Im pretty sure he likes me. But, he did not kiss or hug me at the end of the date. Instead, he said "call me sometime if you want to go to the movies or hang out". When I told him I had a great time, he said "we should do this again SOMETIME". Okay, so does he really want ME to be the one to call him next? Or, should I continue to wait to see if he calls? I can see his house from mine so I know he is not seeing anyone else or doing anything right after work. I have just re-entered the dating scene and am not sure how this is supposed to play out. What should I do?

To answer your first question- yep, the ball is in your court...
Sounds like you're both adults ("I have just re-entered the dating scene..."), so I'm guessing that there's no fear of silly high school stuff. Go ahead and call him, see what/where he goes for lunch, and ask if you can join him. Lunch is usually a pretty low-pressure situation. At the end of lunch, hand him a card or napkin, whatever with your name and number. Tell him you're usually home from work at_____, feel free to call me....
Let him be the gentleman, the pursuer, get the ball back in his court, and good luck!!

Welllllll.....he said to call him; so call him! You might want to give it a few days though. Let him wonder a bit too!
He obviously had a nice time with you. What did you do on the last date? If you went to a movie, tell him there's another one you'd like to see, and is he interested? Same goes for if you went to a restaurant.
Since he lives so close, maybe you could fix a nice dinner and give him a call; tell him you've got way too much for just yourself. (Make sure he's home first though!)
Good luck :)

He put the ball into your court, I think it is safe for you to call him as he asked or said. Ask him out next week. Nothing wrong with the woman asking the guy out. You can just call and chat with him on the phone too. Tell him you are getting to know him more and then ask him where he would like to go next, what movie he would like to see, etc... Have fun and Happy New Year.

totally call him! if he told you exactly what you worte, then he sounds totally into you! if it was your first date with him, i wouldn't really expect him to kiss or hug you at the end, that is moving a little too fast i think. he may have thought that too and didn't wan to make you uncofortable, or maybe that just isn't the kind of guy he is. anyway, i think you should definently call him. if you don't or wait too long, he may think you don't like him or something. in my experiences, the girls have to make a few of the first key moves to get the guy to be and act more comfortable with you. after a few dates, you two should be good to go. have fun! and keep it clean.

He offered you to call him, he said you all should do it again sometime. Don't play games. If you like him and had a great time, call him up and make more plans. Stop looking out of the window and call him.
Good luck

don't wait it out too long because he might think that you are not interested and go for other girls. call him soon if you had a fun time and want to continue seeing him. good luck!
