They go from blue to grey or green, sometimes they are a combination of the three...... why is that?

people have said that it doesnt change but i can really tell that it does to my eyes.
It usually depends on the environment im in. in my bathroom (everyhting is blue in there) my eyes are a bright blue. Sometimes they can be a greenish grayish, or a dark grey. My moms eyes are light blue and my dads are like a ruby brown. So I dont know..

It's fun to think that it's emotion! Cause' we would have a good gauge of what we are feeling, then. And I guess it is!
But it's also things like, what are circulation is doing, how much light or darkness we are in.
I think you can get a pretty good dark color by laying down and throwing you're feet up in a darkened room.
At least these factors we have some control over...Now, as for the emotion part...!

Your eyes don't actually change color. Mine do the same thing. They just look different depending on the light and other factors as mentioned by the beautiful hallie p above.

I'm not really sure but mine do the same. I find it depends on the light around me. Sunny, blue,-- Cloudy, grey,-- other times a kind of violet. Not sure why but I like it!

ur eyes are most likely hazle. My eyes are hazle and my eyes change colors depending on my mood. my ex boyfriend would sit and put me through mood swings just to watch them change colors.lol. But dont worry...its normal. i promise.

im pretty sure its just the colors you are wearing, the lighting, and the time of year (season) or the direction of the sun that makes your eyes appear they change color.

well usally if your parents eyes colors r differnt your eye color will change.thier eye color probly changed too,if thier parents eyes were differnt or it is the light

i don't know the logical reason, but my bff's eyes change too it is normal no worries
