I find that Guiness, cheap Squirty Mayo, Pizzas with loads of oil on leave me dashing to the toilet and occasionally with something not so nice in my White Calvins. Anyone recommend another foods I should avoid?

Pretty much anything from Taco Bell. I dirtied my pants just yesterday from eating that.

hard to say cos my tum accepts some things one day and not the next, usually though I can guarantee that artificial sweetner works like a laxative on me, especially the stuff they use in chewing gum and other sugarfree sweet things, i cant remember the name of the chemical but I'd recognise the name if i saw it. But I have a near instant cure or antidote - chocolate, especially dark chocolate! It does the complete opposite, always has done. And after all the xmas choccy bingeing it'll probably be next week before I erm..see anything.

What are the squits? It sounds like you have asshole leakage, caused by eating junk food, more or less, so cut out the junk food, and you're fine.
Or buy some Depends.
Or just **** yourself so often that your family and friends begin to call you "Shitstain" and smell you coming.

I would definitely recommend avoiding corn beef hash, last time I ate it it was awful. But maybe that was just my dad's cooking.

IF WE ARE TO BE REALLY sensible, NO decent food will give you the "squirts" - it's only the stuff that is "dodgy" to start with - and then only if you want to risk it - that causes the trouble!
