I lost the recipe booklet to my crepe maker. Recipes for crepes tend to be too oily and the batter falls off the crepe maker.

"I left out the last star for the trouble I had getting the batter to stick to my paddle-type electric crepe maker. I experimented w/ 3TB less butter and 1/2c less milk. It did not taste as good as the original batch so I sacrificed the electric paddle for a good old fashioned crepe pan."

If you don't want to experiment with cutting back on milk and butter I would think your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer and ask them to send you a replacement recipe booklet.
