So! My guy friend knows my feelings towards him, cause I told him and since then he's been really weird to me- sometimes nice weird, sometimes not so nice weird.
He'd say stuff like "I've got butterflies in my stomach" and "Nothing's better than talking to you." Then he'll say he loves me!
But theeen, he'll just act normal, like any normal friend. We aren't dating or anything. It's really confusing. Is this normal?
It's driving me mad, cause I don't know how I should act around him anymore...
Any ideas? =S

Meh... I guess you're all right! Just that guys who usually said they loved me would always show it.
It's gonna be hard coming up with a best answer out of all of these.
Thanks for your help, all! =D

Were you expecting butterflies all the time? There is nothing wrong other then you worrying to much. Take it easy and slow. Don't keep asking "what wrong?" or then there WILL be something wrong. Don't get in a hurry, play it nice and just be like friends. Try holding his hands. If he is hesitant, find out why. He may be a little embarrased because he's never though of you like that. Don't push. If he acts to cold, pull away and play a little hard to get. You shouldn't have to chase him down.

This is because men are not as emotionally mature as women and also because a lot of things are going through his head right now. Sometimes we men have trouble expressing our feelings it's part of how our brains are functioned. Give him some time and space and if he really likes you he'll act on his feelings. And if he doesn't, he's not a real man.

Be your self because if you act like someone your not then if you got with him on thoses terms then you would have to keep acting like that and i think that would be hard to do if it was forever!
Good luck and remember if he's not intrested then just be friends and if he cant do that then it's his loss right....

He's confused. The way you describe it, it sounds like he does, but is afraid or not sure about making the first move. Why don't you make the first move and see what happens?

It seems that he doesn't want you to like him. I mean, he wants to hang out with you like he used to, but he might have feelings for you he doesn't know himself. He probably wants you to be happy, but doesn't know if he's the one for you. I'm not that sure, but that's probably the reason(s).

It sounds very much as though you've upset him with your declaration that he wasn't really ready to hear.

Just be yourself! He is being himself. I mean, what do you expect to happen now that you have both declared that you care?
