Caffiene has been found to be beneficial in the relief of headaches. Also, you may not be drinking enough water, which is quite common in the winter months. Stay away from sharp cheeses, shellfish, and chocolate. This too may help. If it is a migraine, I found that by running my hands under very, very warm water I was able to relieve it some. Sometimes a hot shower will help.
People who are deficient in Pantothenic Acid will sometimes get a headache around the same time every day.
If the headache continues for more than a couple of days, seek medical help.
Good luck to you.

at school massage the temples in a circular motion for several minutes. Also place your thumb and index finger on top of your other hand between the thumb and index finger and hold this point for several minutes. Hopefully this will work. It's a good idea to have a snack every three hours, eating a small amount of food will help decrease headaches. Just don't eat junk food, a yogurt, a banana or some nuts. When you're at home place an ice pack on the back of your neck and lay down in a darkened room. Do this for fifteen minutes. This should also help reduce headaches.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Caffeine helps migranes. Try coffee, chocolate, or soda. Midol or other kinds of medicine like that usually help too, because they have ibephrophen and caffeine in them.
