It's important to tell whether or not you've had a change in diet or on a new medication which could lead to these kinds of side affects. If neither of these........ it could be various reasons.

Ask yourself these questions? Where did you go? What have you done? What did you eat two weeks ago? Have you changed your routine? What about caffeine? People who depend on caffeine can have headaches when they don't get their usual daily amount. Or.......... maybe you caught something on your whereabouts.

For now stay away from caffeine's and see a doctor.

Could be acid reflux/ulcer. Also could be signs of heart problems. Those are worst case scenarios. Best to get in and see a doctor after this amount of time.

If neither are the case, you're going to have to break down and just suck it up and go to the DOCTOR!!!

Your constipated eat Nigerian food that will sort you out for good , but then you'll need a cork it up to stop.
