Are there wide ponytail holders?

I saw a woman on the metro wearing what looked like a leather ponytail holder, it was about 3 inches wide so that her ponytail stuck straight out about 3 inches from her head before the ponytail went vertical. Anybody know where to find one of these?

any accessory place has them. Actually they do not hold the pony tail, they wrap around it .
