The only guy you might want to look up is a psychologist with a deep knowledge of Freud, because wanting a bf to be a father figure is downright wrong.

I would say wait until your 16. Most older guys want nothing to do with you, if your not at least 16 if not 18. Just because of legal reasons. I am 19 and have a bf that is much older than me, by 24 years and he is absolutley wonderful. It really helps if your mature and look a little older than you are to attract an older man. But do be warned there are many older men out there with children and divorces, which can make things difficult. But follow heart and love can bloom in the most unexpected places. Your just open about why most women are goofy about men. That's exactly the women that cry and are crushed when they are dumped. You needed a dad, and not a father figure. Sex with a father figure/friend.. ewww doesn't just saying that gross you out?
What you want is an equal. Someone that will respect you, not boss you around, and treat you like a child.
I'm sorry you missed out on a father, but don't go down that road..

I would suggest you wait until you are at least 18. Anyone that would take you on at your age, would be a total idiot and not anyone you could rely on for anything

well you cant have a dad and a boyfriend in one. if you want a boyfriend get one but they cant be older than 5 years of your age. if they are a dad to you might think of them as a "REAL" dad and it would be nasty to try to get intimate with them.
