I'm not sure, but I think the only way that he can get into trouble is if your parents called and reported him. Other than that, if your parents know and are fine with it, i don't think anyone else can have any say. the only other way he could get in trouble is if you called and said that he raped you or something....then it would be your word against his and since you're 16 and he's 20, they would be in favor of you. other than that I don't think you have anything to worry about.

No. You cannot. The state will not press charges against him if there is a wanted baby involved, and if both parents concent to the relationship. With those things it ends up being a family case, and not the endangerment of a child.
Its a fine line in a gray zone. But at this point all states tend to look the other way.

Either you or your parents/gardians are the only ones that can press charges from him being legal & you only a minor.
I was 17 & my then boyfriend 20 when I had my 1st baby. I'm 34 now & he's 38. We've been married for almost 18 years & we now have 3 children & are financially sound.
It's rare but it DOES work out for some of us. Keep that in mind & hold your head up. Let NO ONE pass judgement on you.

You cannot get into trouble unless your parents have a problem with it. I do want to say that no baby is a mistake, and God loves us and our children very much. Alot of the time people forget what Jesus did for us on the cross, and forget about Him in our everyday lives. I hope you know Jesus, or will start a relationship with him today. Here is how you can do that. If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
God Bless you and your soon to be little one.

It depends on where you live. In some states the age of consent is 18. And parental permission doesn't matter at all in court. Not a bit. Plenty of parents let their 14 year olds date 24 year olds and then get arrested themselves for it.
I doubt anything will happen though. As long as no one runs to the police, it is VERY unlikely he will get in trouble.

If your parents are fine with it, you can not get into trouble. Make sure you get your pregnancy check ups soon, and dont worry as long as your parents dont care, no one else does either.

It is against most state laws. I believe only uou or your parents are the only one who could press charges. He won't get in trouble otherwise. Here's a website from Arizona that may help a bit: http://www.vahealth.org/civp/sexualviolence/varapelaws/index.html.
