see at one point in time we where in a relationship he told me he loved me first so i thought he ment it but i mean apparently he doesnt. he'll call me every once in a while and act like every thing is the same he'll tell me about how much he wants to be with me then when i show him intrest back he acts like he doesnt want to be bothered with me i want to know why he does this

It is possible that he wants to check to see that you haven't found a replacement for him and wants to keep you hanging. If it walks like a duck (jerk) and talks like a duck (jerk) and looks like a duck (jerk), you KNOW what it is, right?

LOL I had a guy do the same thing hed call and ask me if I miss him and when we are gonna hang out again and call me names like sweetheart and sugar.. then disappear for a another month or two and make up a lame excuse. heres the reason why..... he doesn't want you to get over him. Its that simple. he is sick in the head and want you to want him even though you cant have him.. Next time he calls simply say Look I want you to stop calling or know what I finally did to get rid of the guy? Told him I missed him and would be over that night.. then I stood him up. He called about 8 times that night but never again after that! You just have to try a few different techniques to see what gets rid of him. Guys want what they cant have and think All women will feel the same.. let him know.. you;ve moved on and he should too- for good!

I can't answer this but thought I'd let you know I have the same thing going on with a guy and it is a very difficult thing to deal with so I know what you're going through.
I don't know why he hangs on. Is it just the ego boost to know they have someone hanging on for them while they do as they please? Or, does he have strong feelings but doesn't want to so he tries to stay away but can't for very long? I will be interested to see the answers you get.
Hope we both have a better 2007. We both deserve it after dealing with this!

Some guys can't get over their ex and maybe he still has feelings for you but cannot say it out loud because we tend to be insecure and emotionally immature. We are the silent type and we have trouble expressing our true feelings unlike women do. That is part of our biology

well if u dont like him calling u then change ur number and mayb he is calling cause he wants to bother u and if u cant change ur number than askk him whats his problen or when u c that he is calling HANG UP!!!!
