These are, in some Christian denominations, sins that are the worst sins that one can commit.

Wrath - kind of like rage and vengeance
Lust - visualizing yourself having sex with someone...raping someone
Greed - self explanatory
Envy - its a sin because they are taught to appreciate what you have instead of what you don't have
Glutony - eating more than you need to eat.....saving it all for yourself (similar to greed)
Sloth - being lazy....not doing your part and letting everyone do the work for you
Pride/Vanity - loving yourself and your possesions more than others

Watch the movie Se7en.....its got Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman, and Kevin Spacey. Its an awesome movie that people of all religions should watch. Just a warning, this movie isn't for the faint of heart.

Pride-Having undue pride in yourself or your actions
Envy-Not being satisfied with what you have and wanting what others have
Anger-This one should be obvious
Avarice-Excessive desire for wealth or gain
Sloth (originally sadness)-Being lazy
Gluttony-Generally excessive love of food or eating too much
Lust-sexual desires or urges

Lust-wanting what you cannot have (Obsessive sexual desires)
Gluttony-eating too much
Greed-wanting more then you need
Sloth- lazy, wasting or overindulgence
Wrath- having vengence or revenge
Envy-desiring something someone else has
Pride-thinking your more important or attractive then others
