Well, your age might help me answer your question, but, I'm guessing your age is 13-15? Oh, to answer your question.-
Step 1- Start off with some basic "Small-Talk"
Step 2- Talk to him about things he may like, to catch his interest.
Step 3- Put the question in the open, give him some time to respond and if this doesn't work, you can blame me.
Note: All boys like video games, sports, and.. food.

or wanna go out
