I had a lump on my inner thigh that happened to be a fatty tumor. It was removed and then grew back and had to be removed again. Mine was not hard, it was soft and did not hurt.
There are lymph nodes in the inner thigh. http://www.nhlcyberfamily.org/nodes.htm

Perhaps the most important thing to remember is that it is "normal" for lymph nodes to swell in response to any type of infection or immune system action. That is why they are there in the first place.
Most normal lymph nodes are about 1cm in size but that size varies depending on the location of the node, and what activity is going on. Infections, cancer and many other conditions can cause it to expand as the immune system reacts to the problem.
See your doctor for a check up and to see if you have any infections going on in your body. I will pray for good health for you.

Yes, It could be a lymph node, or it could be a cyst. Sometimes cysts are very hard, and you will need to go to the doctor and have it drained. It could also be a calcium deposit. You need to go to the doctor, and have it checked out. Don't worry, it is probably nothing, but you really need to call next week and get an appointment to have it looked at.

there is a condition which causes boils.you need to use neutrogena or any other clear soap Keep the area clean and dry.
check with your doc but it could be just a boil which is your bodies other form of dispensing waste, its not because you or anyone around you is dirty ! don't be alarmed even a swollen lymph gland can be caused by a bump..good luck!

More than likely it's a swollen lymph node. But to be certain, go see your doctor to make sure.

I get those often - it's a swollen lymph or a pimple.
Keep watch on it and if you see changes or are worried about it definitely go have it checked out.

My mother had a large bump on her leg for most of her adult life and she would not get it checked out. One day it somehow erupted like a pimple with just a white fatty substance. Within a day it was gone.
I would get it checked out. It may just be as simple as lancing it.

This happened to me a few years ago. It was just a cyst under the skin. It was in the same place. I didnt have to do anything for it - I did go to the doctor - and it eventually went away. I would go to the doctor just in case though.
