I have a rule to never play with fire, no matter how harmless it seems. You always wind up getting burned in the end.

Okay, first of all, this is your Co- worker.( Right?) okay let's say you do want to start something with him w/out hurting your current boyfriend. Remember if you plan on working where you @ right now you have to make sure this relationship is going to last, cause if not your going to be stuck working somewhere with an unpleasant atmosphere if the relationship goes sour. Now on the other end if you current boyfirend is great but you don't have feelings for him you should let him know, so that neither he nor you waste your time.

Never go to far with someone that is only your friend and you already have someone else. Because not only can you lose both of them but also your self respect. If he keeps on pushing tell your loved one always what is happening because other people will draw conclusions and destroy you. get away from that person if he pushes you on.

You can't be friends with someone who is interested in you romantically. It just hurts that person when you are around them because they form this false illusion that perhaps someday the two of you will be together. In the meantime, you're also hurting your b/f and feeling guilty all the while. It's just not worth it.

Continue friendship but set guidelines - If he crosses them end the friendship, if it continues to go on threaten harrassment, if that does not work then report him
