I just tasted my own urine am i in danger?

I just drank a cup of my own urine on a dare am i in danger of getting sick??????

Urine contains toxins a wastes that were removed from your blood by your kidneys. If your drink your urine, you return those wastes back to your blood. One cup of urine would not cause any problems, but it makes your kidneys have to work twice as hard. All sorts of problems can arise if you do this frequently.
