I was thinking about eating a particular food (raw) all day long. For example, I could munch on a carrot and by the end of the day I would have eaten a whole carrot. If I choose to do this, what is the absolute best food FOR ME that I could eat. I've heard that blueberries are very good for you and also bok choy. I don't realy like either but I thought if I took really tiny bites all day long or mixed them in with things I could do it.

A carrot is mostly sugar.

What works is to eat a small meal every 3 hours.
Eat foods such as a banana, an orange, an apple, broccoli, green beans, canned white chicken breast, drain the water, has oil, a small salad.

Avoid processed foods and processed meats. They digest in less than an hour, so you are hungry again.

Going to this extreme really is'nt necessary to lose weight. If you can eat a good breakfast, a healthy lunch and dinner and cut out sweets and fried foods you can lose weight without going to such extremes. Consider these foods for breakfast:
oatmeal, toast, fruit like bannana, strawberrries, yogurt with fruit or cereal in it. Consider these foods for lunch:
Subway, deli meat on whole wheat bread with lettace, tomatoe, mustard and any other fixings. Soups are always great too. Consider these for dinner:
Chicken dishes, baked fish, weight watchers frozen dinners, healthy choice dinners, there are all kind of healthy frozen dinners that are great. If you like to cook there is a online American Heart Association Cookbook that you can download any kind of healthy easy recipes to fix. It's called Delicious Decisions.
Eating to this extreme will be a temporary thing as it can't last, but just eating healthy can be for a life time, try one meal at a time and see you'll like it.
