I would have to say 5. I bathe with my son who is 3 and he has asked questions about our differences. I just told him "Boys have this, girls have this, mommy is a girl, so I have this". He hasn't asked about it again and there's nothing wrong with your child being educated about the difference between boys and girls. If he starts trying to touch those areas on you is when I would say to stop.

Being a mother of a 4 year old and 2 year old boys. The child is to old for you to bathe with them when they start asking questions and pointing......"what's that?" I stopped bathing with either of my sons when they were a year and a half old. But everyone is different. It's really just a matter of personal preference.

I personally think that its a nice bonding moment to be able to do that with your baby. It brings a sense of trust and calmness between the mother or father and child.
Also, if you're son is old enough to ask questions about body parts, which most kids are by now, they tend to know what everything is. Then its really not good to still bathe WITH them. You can still have a great bath time experience by just letting him have some independence. Allow him to wash his own belly or hair, or everything, play with him in the tub, make it learning time, like ok wash your elbow...now your knee, stuff like that. But honestly, I don't think you should be IN the tub with him....it must be getting crowded by now anyways....

It is healthy up until someone feels uncomfortable. Either you or your son. If your son gets embarrassed about it, I would stop! I still bathe with my 3 year old son too, and it is fine!

It depends on your son. I bathed with my son until he asked about my private parts. That was like when he just turned 4

I think it depends on if your son is asking questions or not. My son is 3 1/2 and has started asking about THOSE body parts.

I would say about 5.
I see nothing wrong with you still bathing with him. (though I think showers would be better to eleminate the pee in the tub thing...)

It all depends really, on what you and him feel comfortable doing. Some people with have comments, but not everything in the world has to be related to sex, especially bathing with your own child. If you and him are comfortable, there is nothing wrong with it.

It's perfectly fine to bathe with your 3 yr. old (whether boy or girl). Really, it's not a matter of whether or not other's feel it's appropriate or not to bathe with your child, it's whether or not you and your child are comfortable bathing together. If your son doesn't mind and he isn't uncomfortable bathing with mom, it's fine. There's not really an age when it's the "right time" to stop, it's just whenever you feel (or he feels) it should stop.
