Go to this website, look up the name of the virus, and follow the instructions to remove it completely.

If I remember correctly, viruses like this get into the registry and regenerate themselves every time you reboot the computer. Symantec or one of the other sites listed will tell you how to get it out of registry.

You can't delete a trojan. You have to use anti-malware software, like Norton Antivirus, to uninstall it.

i had the same problem... if u have a "mac" i cant help.. click start..my computer..local disk (c:) or (d:)...prgram files...common files...and look for the name trojan.. or anything that doesnt go with that picture with an extremly large file name.. if this doesnt work im sorry..

Try downloading PANDA titanium antivirus software, you can get a free 30 trial, it works well. It will clean anything!!!

It may be self executing.
Try running your antivirus program in Safe Mode.
