ok, well the other day on a whim i decided to perm my hair . I have hair thats kinda bobed and fairly long on top( about 8 inches ) I was able to get a full perm using pink and grey rods on top and blue and yellow on the sides and back . (let me tell you it was the first time ever doing something like this and it was soooo fun. I can see why girls like to have there hair done) any way i love the result a head full of springy curls that people say i look good in..
at any rate what is the consensus on men and perms

I think that some guys look good with long curly hair. Like, it makes you look like a skater or a surfer and that always good cuz there hot!!

Well If you were gay I guess it would be okay and if you werent gay then that would be weird... Not daying that you are gay an weird but like Ive never seen a teenager or grown man with a perm... I think it would be perfectly fine and a little strange at the same time... Sorry if you think Im being mean... Thats just me...I have no clue what to say... Im so sorry IM me and send a picture... I can't see anything wrong with a man having his hair permed. If it makes you feel good about yourself then why not. Why does it always have to be about women when it comes to beauty treatments etc. Men suffer from dry skin, wrinkles, dandruff and all the same things that women suffer from. I don't think it makes them any less of a man because they want to look after their skin etc. If you enjoy having your hair done then just go for it!! lol

Ok here is what i think! It's okay as long as it looks good and you dont go around bragging about how you got a perm and enjoyed it, that would be borderline gay! I must say this too, men who pay more atention to their looks and not enough time on how their girl looks is trouble! My husband is totally into his looks and it drives me nuts because men should be manly and strong not metro and gay.

Go for it! It won't make you bald, instead of that some people keep getting permed their thinning hair to make it look fuller. Your hair will go back normal after you shave it off.

no..i dont even do perms and i'm a girl...it just seems like ur sort of vain because guys shouldnt focus on their looks too much..
