One universal laws of thermodynamics says that the way of nature is atrophy. How can complex beings exist?

Atrophy is a fact of live (everything breaks down to it's simplest element if not maintained). Why, then, would simpler elements like billions of nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen and carbon molecules combine to form living cells? Yes, one living cell exists of billions of molecules.

The second law of thermodynamics states that the total disorder of the system must increase for all work processes. It does not say that the disorder of any molecule involved in a thermodynamic reaction must increase.

If the latter was true, not only would evolution not work but so would many everyday phenomena, for instance, the condensation of Hydrogen and Oxygen gas into water is, by itself a reaction that decreases entropy, (primarily) because it takes three molecules (2 H2 + O2) and yields 2 molecules (2 H2O) (and also because it is converting from gaseous to liquid phase, and for some other reasons). However, this reaction is exothermic, meaning it gives off heat, that heat, on average, increases the entropy of the surrounding system (the rest of the H2 and O2 gas, the container the reaction is held in, etc.) and increases entropy more than the reaction decreases entropy for the original reactants, thus overall, entropy increases, and the reaction is allowable by the second law of thermodynamics.

First of all, it's called ENTROPY. Atrophy is what your brain has done (look it up).
Secondly, the second theory of thermodynamics only applies to closed systems.
This is not a closed system. Look outside in the daytime. See that big shiny yellow ball in the sky? That thing is the sun. That sun makes this an OPEN system. We get all kinds of free energy from the sun.
So your argument is like so much fart gas, stinks for a second and then is forgotten.
