What year did Minnesota decriminalize marijuana?

I think it was in the 70's, but I am not sure.

Yes they have:

Minnesota made possession and sale of less than 42.5 grams (1.5 ounces) of marijuana a misdemeanor punishable by a $200 fine and possible drug education; stricter punishments exist for possession of more than 1.4 grams in a motor vehicle, driving under the influence, or sale to a minor.

Many other state require jail time, so it has been decriminalized.
