i talking to this boy from Va and hes 17 and a goth...he really likes talking to me and i like him too. And i dont know why but most of the time im scared to pick up the phone....help!!!

Are you afraid that he is not going to like you or call you? If so, you are absolutely NORMAL. In every beginning dating relationship from teen to old age there is a period of testing to see if each of you like each other. Both are checking each other out and both are hoping that they each will pass the tests so yeah everyone fears the beginning of a relationship.
