Well, for the average heterosexual man, all he can pretty much do is jerk off (sorry I don't know the technical term). But a woman can do several things with her vagina and breasts. It is easier for a man!

i think its easier for a girl than a guy. even though they both need to get worked up a girl can come faster

I think it's easier for women because they can acheive simultaneous orgasms (they don't have to wait a while afterwards like guys do), they can do it very privately i.e. crosiing their legs, and 2 percent of all women who masturbate can acheive an orgasm by just thinking of a sexual thought.

I think equally both.. it is base more on you libido level.. for instance I am a really sexual woman.. and I havent found a guy that can keep up with my appetite... but I am not a ninpho.. I only enjoy sex a lot.
