Its the nasty female mosquito that bites, and they are attracted by the CO2 we breath out.
How do they do it?
Chemical sensors - mosquitoes can sense carbon dioxide and lactic acid up to 100 feet (36 meters) away. Mammals and birds gives off these gases as part of their normal breathing. Certain chemicals in sweat also seem to attract mosquitoes (people who don't sweat much don't get nearly as many mosquito bites).
Visual sensors - if you are wearing clothing that contrasts with the background, and especially if you move while wearing that clothing, mosquitoes can see you and zero in on you. It's a good bet that anything moving is "alive", and therefore full of blood, so this is a good strategy.
Heat sensors - Mosquitoes can detect heat, so they can find warm-blooded mammals and birds very easily once they get close enough.

i dont know u r kidding or seeking a scientific answer..anywayz..my comment is that.. it is surely not of ur sour blood...it is mainly coz of ur perfumes and soaps u use...the other may be coz u r clean always... another is...may be u don feel its bite...and sleep most of the time wen it tastes ur blood!!! another may be u r ,all coverd always...then may be ur surroundings r clean..or ur house is very much protected in an environment without dumped garbage and stagnant water... whatever it may be...u r jus lucky yaar.

Do you eat lots of vegetables, garlic, Vitamin B? What kind of soap or lotions do you use? There are lots of things that repell insects naturally. You may have accidentally tapped into one of them. That makes you a very fortunate person.
