well this may sound silly but bouncing is really fun and burns lots of caleries. and if you add in twists and weights and stuff its a full body work out. and if you do it in veiw of the baby they find it entertaining! (lots of giggles)
you can opt to bounce with or with out a trampoline. (they make little personal workout ones that are cool but non essental)

Breastfeeding doesn't help you lose weight anyway - don't let people convince you of that one, ( It didn't help me lose weight for any of my pregnancies!!)
Any exercise is good - don't overdo it!!!! The last thing you need, as a new Mum, is more stress. I enjoyed walking with my babies, and would do a couple of miles a day - nothing strenuous mind.
Remember it took 9 months to get fat - It'll take 9 months to get back. Enjoy your baby - their not that cute for too long.

Keep in mind first: It took you 9 months to gain the weight. That said give yourself enough time to lose it. Most of it will disappear on its own but to get back where you were b4 child, excersize, excersize, excersize!!!

It's a shame you were not breastfeeding because that is the best cure, the baby basically makes you slim down. It's a miracle cure. I did it and it worked a treat. Other than that, probably sit ups might tone it up a bit.

I had a stomach after I had my son.
It's just the muscles have stretched during pregnancy.
Just do situps everyday and the muscles will regain their strength and go back to place.

It takes time and effort - dont expect miracles, eat healthy, do exercises like sit ups etc. and remember those pelvic floor ones too xxxxxxxx
