Finish any tasks which you have been putting off because you don't want to deal with them, then tire yourself out with physical activity. This way, your body will be tired, and your mind will not stay active worrying about things.

i dont know if u drink caffene drinks during the day, but if u do, cut down or cut them out all togather.also if u like games, try playing one or two before bedtime. for example, u may like checkers, or some game, thats relaxing. also dont take naps in the daytime.clear ur head of thoughts that bother you. an think of only good thoughts. however, if this continues, take an asprin, 30 min. before bedtime. if ur not allergic to asprin. check with ur parents to see if they approve. god bless

Workout like crazy, for at least 2 hours. You will sleep from exhaustion.

Yes, have you tried Melatonin? I used to have a really hard time getting to sleep and I started trying this and it worked for me.
