Im in my early 50's in good health, but are in an area where our high for the day is usually about 27 and low at night from 8 degrees to 6 below so far.I am not used to this abrupt temperatures but am a little concerned about the aches I get on my right side when I go out.I am right handed so this may affect the body on that side.I usually get achy right arm and shoulder and my right thumb gets numb very easily and then my right leg gets achy as well .Just curious is this just normal arthritis or could it be something else?My right arm sometimes gets a little tingly after I come inside as well.Usually doesnt last too long but I just thought I would ask.. This is probably normal for an older person to feel after being out in the cold.im just not used to this much cold ,any ideas please?
