This is probably normal for an older person to feel after being out in the cold.im just not used to this much cold ,any ideas please?

Sounds to me like a form of arthritis. This does not only hit people your age! It set in with me when a young teen.

Inflammatory such as ibuprofen, keep those parts of your body warm, many sweaters, or coat or something warm.
Does anyone get used to the cold? I know I don't!

Good luck, if you have a hot tub use it :0) Use it for me too lol!

will, because ur not use to the extreme, cold, an ur age probley has a lot to do with it. im 68 yrs old, an i cant take cold weather like i did when i was younger, however the tingling, may be another matter. you may not be getting enough blood flow to ur limbs. but the only way to be sure, is call a nurse at a hospital, an see if u should get a check-up, an just stay out of the cold as much as u can. but when u do go out, dont stay out quite as long. god bless
