It would help to know what your "natural" skin color was and what color are you now.
But if your referring to having a "tan", it will wear off naturally in time. If you have some unnatural skin condition that has changed the color of you skin, you should see a doctor.

If you have tanned extensively then there is really only one way to get back to your normal skin colour and it takes time. I would recommend just applying sunscreen often and daily to prevent any further tanning and just wait. If you cover up and stay out of the sun you should, with time, return to your natural colour. It won't be fast.

I am assuming that you are talking about getting back to your natural skin color while tanning. If so, either stop tanning or if you are using a sunless tanner stop using it. Moisturize with a skin illuminator daily also, it makes your skin look nice.
