be your self mate and maybe if you want give her YOUR phone number because usually girls wont just say "hey can I have your ph num?" that's not what girls do they actually expect the guys to make a move so go ahead make your move, have a conversation with her have a good laugh then give her your phone number and just tell her you had a good time and would like to meet up again...etc. but be SMOOTH be your SELF ;)

lol.. men are so funny. to be honest women like to be offered men telephone numbers. but if you wanna do it the other way around, depending on what convo you have, just say well i have to run, you mind if i take down your number and we can finish this convo some other time, im interest in getting to know you better as well.

start talking wiht her and as soon as the conversation is about to come to an end, say. 'well id love to continue this coversation but i gotta run, so maybe ill call you later, oh wait, i dont have your number. can i get your number?' and if she says no, then say, 'oh okay, see you around.' simple as that, dont try and make it harder than it need to be. good luck.
