Chef Tom Keller's Per Se in the Time Warner Center

It really is very personal!

Right now, I think the most high-end, exclusive restaurant in the city is Thomas Keller's Per Se. Very hard to get a reservation, and when you do it will cost hundreds of dollars for dinner.

But if you asked 20 people in NYC what the best restaurant is, you will probably get a different answer from all of them ranging from a cheap dim sum place in Chinatown, all the way up to Nobu, Masa, Spice, Babbo, Del Posto, Balthazar, Aureole, Perry Street, etc, etc....

I second Ryan H.'s answer of Park Avenue Cafe. My fiance and I had dinner there on New year's eve. It was incredible! Every course was awesome. Highly reccommend it!
