Buttery Nipple:
1 oz DeKuyper® Buttershots liqueur
1/2 oz Irish cream
Pour buttershots into a chilled shot glass. Carefully layer or float the irish cream on top, and serve.
Mud In A Cup:
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 oz heavy cream
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
2 - 4 oz strong black coffee
Add all ingredients to a shaker with crushed ice. Shake *briefly* (2-3 seconds) and strain into an Irish coffee mug. Serve hot or cold.
Dirty Girl Scout:
1 oz vodka
1 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1 oz white creme de menthe
Mix the vodka, kahlua and bailey's and pour over ice. Pour the creme de menthe down the center of the glass. Looks gross, but tastes delicious!

Bailey's is also wonderful in coffee...just add it to suit your taste like you would half-and-half or other creamer, and you won't need anything else to cream your coffee!
My favorite way to enjoy Bailey's in a cold concoction is to have it in a Mudslide milkshake (made with ice cream) along with Kahlua. YUM!

Chilled, NOT on ice.
I used to enjoy it warm, served in a brandy snifter.
