I have heard something about wearing a patch on your tattoo and it will remove it, does anyone know about this and how it works?

There are three layers of skin the third layer is called your true skin or Hypodermis. This layer of skin is forever. A tattoo is put on that layer and unless the patch takes off all of your skin with it, then it will not work.
