We need immediate results. We have strawberry extract. WIll that work?

You could use some sort of cherry, stawberry, or rasberry sauce, but it won't produce the same sort of zing to the drink. You could maybe add a little bit of lemon juice to help with that.

Strawberry extract is probably a little harsh for this purpose, but you could give it a shot. Mix in any sort of fruit juice or fruit syrup (like the Torani syrups used in coffee houses) that you like and you'll get a similar result.

Strawberry extract will work. In a pinch, red food coloring would work too.

If you have a bottle of maraschino cherries in the fridge you can use a teaspoon of the juice from that. It tastes pretty similar.
