My first thought is why weren't thinking about what to get her BEFORE christmas came? and my second thought after reading that she got you a candy cane is, how old are you? from what you described you and you and your girlfriend's relationship is still on an elementary status. Depending on how old you are, your gift choice could be quite different. If you are between the ages of 12-14 then maybe something small and cute like a teddy bear with chocolates. If you are older 15-16, maybe a new cd or a cheap piece of jewlery. If 17-20; which I highly doubt, then a REAL piece of jewlery or a romantic night out for two! I hope I helped. Good Luck!

well she gave you a candy cane so i guess she doesn't expect that much. i remember that i got my girlfriend a coach purse online at http://www.doiop.com/purse when she gave me like a 20$ gift certificate for best buy. she technically spent more on me but she doesn't know that. just remember to buy her something good or she may hate you.
