During high school, everyday on my walk home I would have to pass though an elementary school, and there is this water fountains behind a tree on the play ground. Anyways, nearly everyday for 4 years I would urinate on the water fountain mouth piece. I feel kinda bad now. Is there any reason to confess?

If you feel bad and confession is part of your belief system then do so immediately.
Or perhaps you could donate time or money to the school that you defiled for 4 years...perhaps working as an assistant janitor for free?

Confess to who? Do you mean the police? Or do you mean going to confession (i.e. Catholic confession)?
