instant oatmeal has been processed to decrease the cooking time and to increase the shelf life. there is less fiber in instant oatmeal than in whole oats.

whole foods that are 100% natural are optimum for health and fitness.

Instant oatmeal has "trans fat", unless you can buy Kashi, or another organic/nutrient conscious brand.
