hard liquor is brutal on the liver and also affects many other things like balance coordination and thought processes in general. All forms of alcohol are bad for the body though wines have been proven to midigate heart disese in moderation. (1 glass a day) Beer is not healthy for the human body as well but is also high in carbohydrates and protein which are both essential in building muscle, so a beer after a hard workout is not all bad. To wrap this up it is essential to know in what context this question is asked but in my humble oppinion beer is better than alcohol due to the lower alcohol content in it and the fact that it takes longer to degenerate the body as compared to hard liquor or wine.

Define what you mean by healthier
Beer has more calories, so if you are drinking it as a staple of your diet you are more likely to be sustained by it. However, if you are drinking beer in addition to other things you are likely to get fat.
Hard liquor is fine in practice, a shot of vodka between friends is not going to kill you, but it is much more potent. Therefore moderation is the key when drinking hard liquor (it is also key while drinking beer, but you understand my point).
All of this being said, I suggest that you never drive or operate heavy machinery after you've been drinking any of these as it is notably unhealthy.

Beer has only about 5% alcohol. Hard liquor has 40% alcohol. If you drink beer, your arteries will be very clear and you wont get kidney stones.Too much beer causes beer belly (obesity). It is unlikely that it can cause liver damage other than a fatty liver. If you drink a lot of hard liquor for a prolonged period, you can damage your liver. But luckily the liver is the only organ in the body that can repair itself. Whatever the case maybe, anthing in access can weaken the heart muscles. Happy Drinking

My mother is an RN and she said beer is harder on your liver than hard alcohol. I didn't ask here why because she's my mom and she's always right!
Happy New Year!

It depends on what you mix the liquor with - thats what screws
you up. Chivas with water is better for you than Heineken,
but Heineken is better than rum and coke.
