Yes. Millions of them. People who have made a commitment to do their best to live out the "love of God" to others. To do their best to find His will for them and obey it. To be morally pure. And to let their light so shine before others that people see their good works and glorify their Father in heaven. Unfortunately, all of that is "boring" most of the time.
It is the "nuts" who make the news. Let a "Christians" do something wrong and it get flashed all over the news. So I can see why people who are only get their information about Christianity from the news, could easily miss the millions who are actually doing their best to live as Jesus said.

Well, yes there are, but they are few and far between; let me explain: The one thing Jesus did when in the flesh, was go to the Temple (or, church) and what did he do there? He taught.
What did he teach? The Bible, old test. of course.
What that should tell Christians is that if they are to follow the example of Christ, then when they go to church, they should be learning Gods Word there, not practicing their own traditions.
Anyway, for what its worth, thats one of the ways that i think we are not following Christ they way he wanted us to -
If you ask someone when they come out of mass, "what did you
learn about Gods Word"? Many would ask you what do you mean learn? It was a wonderful, beautiful service.
meaning they learned absolutely ziltch.

Yes, His only requirement was to believe in Him. Most people expect Christians to be perfect and that's not the requirement. Most us accept that we are all just as sinnful as everyone else, difference is we believe we are forgiven.

I'm sorry, but is there a reason you put "'s around Jesus' name? Is this a hypothetical Jesus, a so-called "Jesus"?

Yes, but many of them live in other countries. The church in the US has become fat and contented.

I doubt it. Many of today's Christians are plain old hypocrites, picking and choosing what they want to believe, and going agaisnt what they don't like.
