How are Lebanese-Palestinians treated in Israel?

I've never met one so it's hard to say, but if I did, I would treat them like any other person I meet, with respect!

You should not be worried about moving to Israel, if you have all the papers sorted, you should be just fine... especially if you move to Jerusalem! there's a huge Arabic community here and lots of jobs for you as well!
