why do u think their running so fast .they are looking for a bathroom!~

If you analyze common sweat you will find that every droplet has a small amount of uric acid in it. This means that when you sweat you are slowly urinating through your skin. If you sweat profusely, the urge to pee lessens. If you pee before during a marathon and it is not over a extreamly long period on time, you may not have to pee at all. However is need to go there are typically portapotty available!

Some people do and some don't. If you drank alot of water before you may have to, but if you drink some only during the run it may be alright. But always be hydrated, don't drink nothing because you don't want to have to go to the bathroom. In all the marthon's that i ran in only one i had to go to the bathroom, and there were porta potties all around the marathon, good luck!

They sweat out way more than they could ever pee. I have never met a runner who wasn't dehydrated at finish line. They don't want to pee, they want to lay down and take a nap unless they won, them they want to drink a whole lot!

They generally lose all their fluids through sweat and they drink a great deal of fluids during their run.

When I ran a 5 mile I didn't just because I went before I started and when your running your body uses up a lot of your liquids so you don't really need to pee!

I've heard they just go....and I'm talking not in a toilet. But maybe I misunderstood, because that is really gross!
