Yes, you can take Adderall XR, Lamictal, and Sudafed PE together, but this combination would warrant you to MONITOR it carefully for increased side effects from taking two agents that can increase your heart rate and blood pressure. The over the counter Sudafed PE means that it contains phenylephrine as the decongestant, which is a lot milder and usually does not work as well as the Sudafed with pseudoephedrine which is required for you to show a drivers license and obtain from behind the pharmacy counter. I would definitely NOT recommend taking this regular form of Sudafed (with pseudoephedrine). If you choose to take the Sudafed PE, then make sure you are taking only the recommended dose and are watching yourself closely for an increase in heart rate, blood pressure, hyperactivity, etc. You should be fine (most patients are, and find the PE doesn't seem to work as well as the other), but I would just try one dose to see how it works for you and that you aren't having any unwanted side effects from your other medications. If you still aren't sure, call your local CVS and talk to the pharmacist, they will most likely tell you something similar. Good luck with your congestion, and I hope this helps!
