Yes.It depends on where the pellet strikes and how far away from the victim the bb gun is fired.A pellet striking the eye of a small child
or even an adult could go through to the brain.If the pellet struck someone in the wind pipe there could a problem.
Even a bb gun should be used with caution.

yes, it happened to a young man in our community. He was shot from 10-12 feet away in a BBgun drive by shooting and did die.

Good question. Yes of course, if it hits the right location on the body. (example an artery could be severed/cut apart and one would bleed to death internally. It can be very dangerous. You can also blind someone with a BB gun. Gun safety should be followed with any type of gun you use, even a carpenters nail gun. Be very safe and have fun becoming a good shot.

Adam P who answered your question is a good example and he is VERY blessed to be able to see out of that eye... it was a close call for him.

Yes, BB guns are a toy but can be dangerous. If you get shot in certain sensitive areas you could potentially get hurt....

i suppose it might be POSSIBLE but not very likely
I still have a BB under my eyelid where i got hit with one 20 years ago - I have been shot by a bb gun at least 100 times and im still alive but they do hurt though
