You can get it for free through your state's Department of Education. Contact your local High School or Community College and ask for someone who can give you the info.

You can get it for free in most countys in the states. Just call your local Higher education Dept. at the local school or college and ask. You may have to pay a nominal fee if you have income and maybe nothing if you don't. I wouldn't pay $200. if I can get it for free.

That is a rip off. Don't do it! Just go to a local school that offers G.E.D. programs - or even an adult school where you can get a Diploma. At least that way you will know your education is valid.

I think you would be better off getting your GED locally,and for free.It is now as excepted as your high school diplomia.Plus alot of places that off GED programs will give you as long as you need to finish and also help you get a job of get into college.Good LUCK!
