For one thing you can't be nude in public. In some parts of Canada walking without bra is perfectly OK, no police will arrest you for indecent exposure. But you got to cover ... you know....that.

Other than that, pretty much this is an open society. You can do what you like. For instance common sense prevails in such cases as defecating in public, urinating etc... you get charged a fine.

I am curious.......why do you ask?

The laws I don't know have no effect on MY behavior. OH, you meant how well do I know the laws that are SUPPOSED to govern my behavior. I'd say better then most people. That said, I heard a story a few years back about a congressman that requested a complete copy of the Environmental Protection Act from the Library of Congress. They called and asked if he was certain he needed the entire law. When he said 'Yes', they asked where to park the semi-trailer. Assuming the story is remotely close to the truth, no one can possibly know all of the laws in this country.

I know that if I drink alcohol on the public street, it has to be wrapped in a brown paper bag.
I know that the police can not search me or my property without probable cause and a warrant, no matter what they say.
I also know that I can shoot an bad guy intruder inside my home, as long as they are 1.) facing me and not turned away and 2.) there is a visable private property sign posted.
Hmm what else, I know that it is a violation to sneak into the Hotel's outdoor hot-tub down the road after midnight but, it's just too much fun

I believe that some laws were given which were of a temporary nature. The sacrifice of animals was fulfilled in Jesus Christ and done away in him. Another example is circumcision. Other temporary laws were given because of the needs and conditions of the time. Some foods could not be refrigerated, or could easily lead to disease and death because of the sanitary conditions of the times. God, in his mercy and compassion, instructed men in these laws which were suitable for the people at that time, but were not meant to last after conditions changed. God sent prophets to teach the people the will of God for the particular time and place. Other laws given are eternal, and not temporary. They do not change with the times because they are fundamental to the nature of mankind. Moral laws are eternal laws. Because some of the dietary laws were meant to be temporary does not imply that ALL of God's laws are merely temporary and situation specific. Fortunately Jesus and prophets have made it clear which laws we must continue to follow. The laws against homosexual behavior are eternal laws.

Big Brother has your place on an open video camera. You don't want any "dirty movies" made of walking around your house nude, etc. You should act right!.
