Hit a pan till hot till it sizzle at a drop of water

( 3 to 5 mins on high)
tablespoon on oil

put meat seasoned side down
seal for
plans on size 3 to 8 mins each side planing on size

do not cut meat till it has rested 15 mins

Not as wiffy as in the Mood Fart...BUT...easier to cut with a penknife!
