Do you add candy canes or peppermint discs? Or do you use flavored syrups like at an espresso counter?

you could do either. its fun to use a peppermint stick as a stirrer in your cocoa

In the baking isle where you would find the extracts you can buy peppermint extract.You only need about 2 drops per cup.Be careful,it`s very strong!

I would use the syrup. Candy takes too long to dissolve.
